CDC Diabetes Prevention Project (DPP) CDC Diabetes Prevention Project (DPP) collaboration between LCS and VDC to support the national program to prevent diabetes. Due to the current circumstances dictated by COVID 19, the program has been supported by weekly zoom meetings discussing the DPP core curriculum reviewing behavior change, including, physical activity and stress management.
